2024 Assessment Reminder

Thank you to all who were able to join the Budget Ratification Meeting this past Wednesday, the 13th. The 2024 Budget is now ratified, this is the first in the series of emails reminding all owners to update their monthly assessment payments, as there is an increase for 2024. This increase will take effect January 1, 2024.



Please take a moment to review your unit's 2024 monthly assessment and take any needed steps to ensure the payment is processed properly in the new year.
