I tried to bleed as much air as possible out of the water lines, but you may have an inconsistent stream until the air has fully evacuated. Garage Intrusion - Bike Theft

Dear Press Residents, We had an intrusion into the garage yesterday around 4:25pm. The individual pictured below tailgated into the garage while a resident was exiting, present, and waiting for the gate to close. The intruder was in the garage for several minutes and unfortunately stole a bike that was being stored in the upper level of the garage at the north east located bike rack. Intrusion Into The Building

This person then moved to the garage area and moved a utility cart up the stairwell and into the Press 2 lobby. Building Equipment Updates

Dear Press Residents, Several updates to pass along. Both BBQ's have been restored to full service. The regulator valves were failing leading to inconsistent operation. I have replaced those on each BBQ and the igniters have also received some maintenance and both grills are working great as of this morning! Dear Press Residents, We had an issue today with the garage gate failing in a locked open position around 3pm. Davis Door was here for the repair, unfortunately they will need to return tomorrow to continue work on the garage motor after consulting with their tech support. For security reasons starting now and overnight, the garage gate will remain in a closed and secured position, however it will be inoperable for entry and exit. I will be able to open the garage gate manually around 7:30am

We are currently repeating opening/closing cycle for the last 2 hours successfully and Davis Doors will continue for another 30-45min. Discovered in the pipes which were replaced at Fogon today where heavy amounts of grease as well as believed to be liquid plumbing solution which led to corrosion of pipes. UPDATE #2 The tech will not be able to have the elevator operational tonight. Some belts necessary to operating the elevator are broken and are not items they keep on the service truck. The regular tech for the Press will pick up this issue up in the morning and source the belts. Most likely, the part will be in town for immediate replacement. Exterior Dryer Vent Cleaning
