Press - Projects Update

Greetings Press Owners and Residents,
Please find an update on the projects below :
Security Upgrade:
The installation of new ButterflyMX panels and the new camera system have been completed. If you need further assistance with the new intercom entry system, please reach out to Justin at (206) 851-9965 or PressFM@communitystaffingsolutions.com
Remodel Project:
Trash Chute Rooms:
Starting Wednesday, June 8th, the floors will be removed in the trash rooms, and the new floors will start being installed the following week along with a P-Lam (installed on the walls) and rubber base. This will be about a 2 ½ to 3-week process.
There may be short periods of time when the trash chute rooms will have limited access. During those times, please use a trash room on a different floor or please return later to dispose trash and/or recycle.
Press Lobbies:
The new ceiling panels for Press 1 lobby are to be delivered on the 8th and installation will start on the 13th . Wallpaper installation in both lobbies is also scheduled to start on June 13th.
During the construction in Press lobbies, access to some areas of the lobbies as well as the library may be limited.
Hallway Lights and Unit Numbers:
The new hallway lights are expected to be delivered the week of July 11th, and the installation will start as soon as the lights are received. Unit number installation will follow the light installation.
A tentative construction schedule is attached for your review.
