Ratification Meeting
The Board of Directors has scheduled a meeting to ratify the 2025 Special Assessment. The meeting will be held in person in the lobby on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm. Please note registration in the lobby will be available beginning at 5:30 pm, and attendees are encouraged to join the meeting during the registration period to ensure the meeting begins on time. This meeting will not be held virtually.
The proposed 2025 Special Assessment will be ratified unless rejected by Owners to which a majority of the votes in the Association are allocated, whether or not a quorum is present.
