Fire Alarm Testing - Monday, October 27th

Dear Press Residents,
Our annual fire inspection testing is scheduled for Monday, October 27th, starting at 9:00am. During the testing there will be periods when the building alarms will be sounding in your unit, in the hallways, and in the common areas of the building. This is an important life/safety event for the property, and for the building to remain code compliant, requires entry into each unit so the inspectors can confirm the in-unit alarms are functioning and that there are no deficiencies with the sprinkler heads. Entry into the unit only takes several minutes to complete.
October 27th is still two weeks away but please make a note on your calendar about this event. I will be sending out an additional email soon to confirm if you will be present to allow access or if you have a key on file, we can also plan for entry that way. If you do not have a key on file and do not plan to be home, you can leave a key with me or in the drop box in the Press 1 lobby before October 27th. Thank you Press!
