Garage Gate Violations

Dear Press Condo Owners and Tenants,

Last night a member of the Press Community had their car broken into. Through most of today Justin was reviewing camera footage and fob access records to determine how this person gained entrance into the garage.

In reviewing this footage, it was clear that access was provided following a resident leaving the garage and not waiting for the garage to close. While there is ultimately one incident that caused this, there were a total of 4 violation identified. All four units will be fined the $100, per Governing Documents. Please be mindful of coming and going from the building.

Below are two images of the intruder. One is the entrance into the garage and the second is the intruder walking around the garage. Justin did share that many residents reported fear when coming across this person, but it was 2.5 hours before someone called the police. Please call the police and report incidents such as this.

In complying with the Rules and Regulations of Press, there will be an immediate $100 fine places on all of these units.

Rule H.1 :

1. After entering the garage, you must wait by the door until it has fully closed or another driver in the area has reopened the door. Similarly, after exiting the garage, you must wait in the driveway by the door until the door has fully closed or another driver in the garage has reopened the door. Failure to wait may result in a $100 fine. The fine will increase by $100 for each subsequent violation of this rule.
