Dear Press Owners,
Historically the Board has approved the rental of a parking stall for the onsite Facility Manager, staff, and vendors use. In the past year, the Board opened this process up for all owners to participate who may have a parking space they want to lease to the Association. We are asking any owners who would like to offer their space for lease in 2022 to please send me an email indicating that you would like to lease your parking space to the Association, indicate the parking space you would like to lease, and indicate the monthly amount you would like to receive for the space. We will then review the spaces and monthly rates and make a decision on which spaces the Association will lease in 2022.
If you would like to be considered for leasing of your parking stall please send the above requested details to me in reply to this email by no later than end of day, February 24, 2022. Once the Board decides on the space we will work out a lease agreement with the owner of the space(s) that are to be leased.
