Building Equipment Updates

Dear Press Residents,



Several updates to pass along. Both BBQ's have been restored to full service. The regulator valves were failing leading to inconsistent operation. I have replaced those on each BBQ and the igniters have also received some maintenance and both grills are working great as of this morning! The grills also received a deep cleaning about a week ago, so everything is set for a sparkling Summer.



The much used gym water dispenser had become unable to dispense cold water starting about a week ago. The dispenser was replaced today with an upgraded version that features a hands free distribution of both cold and hot water. The panel is intuitive, just place your hand near the hot or cold sensor and the water dispensing will activate.
