Dumping and Trash Chutes

Good Afternoon Press Residents,
It has been brought to attention that the trash chute in Press 1 clogged. Justin is out today, so we are working on finding someone to come by and unclog. In the meantime, please hold on using the trash chute.
Please take this as a reminder to not using the trash chute for larger disposals, this is a large disturbance to both neighbors and management to address. Costs can be assigned to owners who have caused the issue.
It has also been brought to attention that items have been dumped in both the 4th and 6th floor trash rooms.
Items include shelving as well as bar height stools. If you have left these, please take a moment to retrieve these items and dispose on your own. If they are left for Association Management to dispose of, costs will be billed to owner's account.
