NEED RESPONSE!!! 7/21 ProComm Fire Alarm Horn Repair ACCESS REQUIRED!

Good afternoon,
Technicians from Pro Comm will be onsite on Friday 7/21 around Noon attempting to locate a removed "mini horn" in unit that is alerting the fire panel. They've narrowed it down to the north side of the building and will require access to your unit in addition to running alarm in the building that day.
Please let me know the following including your unit number in response:
A) Will be home in unit to let in
B) Can leave a key with someone else in building to let us in?
C) Can leave key in the Night Drop next to the library with unit number, thereby granting permission to enter.
D)you have a key on file with me and grant permission to enter unit.
