CWD - Upcoming Payment of your Assessments

Dear Unit Owner –
You may have read or heard recently that the USPS is changing its practices in the handling of First Class mail as a result of internal adjustments the agency is moving through. As a result of these changes, it is quite possible that First Class mail may be delayed in delivery to our lockbox for up to two weeks.
Knowing the due date for your assessment being paid on time to your association, and given that checks go through our lock box processing system, we encourage you to allow ample time in the mailing of monthly/quarterly assessment payments to allow for proper receipt and posting to your account.
Late charges are applied, as you know, if not received and posted by the indicated association due date.
Thank you for your cooperation in assuring the appropriate receipt and posting of your monthly checks.
