As Year-End Approaches and Assessments Change_Reminder of Payment Options

Greetings!
As year-end approaches when monthly assessments often change, this information is sent as a reminder of the convenient, no fee payment options available to owners of buildings managed by CWD Group.
You may use Bill Payer (or any similar system offered by your bank), or mail a check, in care of your association, to CWD Group, Inc., PO Box 34251 – Seattle, WA 98124-1251. Please include your eUnify Account Number on the memo line of your check to ensure proper posting; or
You may use our online payment option to set-up recurring auto payments by signing into your eUnify account and clicking the green ‘Pay Now’ button. Choosing the Variable AutoPay option is recommended and should be set up to make your automated payment on or after the 5th of the month.
If you are already enrolled in CWD’s online recurring auto payment system but utilizing Fixed AutoPay, only the amount designated is withdrawn monthly. We encourage you to change your Fixed AutoPay to Variable AutoPay. The benefit of Variable AutoPay is it will clear any balance monthly: when monthly assessments change the system will automatically adjust to the new amount. A Variable AutoPay will also automatically pay utility charges or other amounts charged to your account, eliminating the need for extra payments and any concern of delinquency. You can easily make this change by logging into your eUnify account at www.cwdgroup.com, clicking the green ‘Pay Now’ button, and setting up a new Variable AutoPay dated on or after the 5th of the month, remembering to cancel your original Fixed AutoPay when complete. If you would like CWD Group to make this change for you simply forward this message, with your name, association, and unit number, to emailus@cwdgroup.com with “Update Fixed to Variable” in the subject line.
Owners who choose to remain on Fixed AutoPay are responsible for any future updates to the monthly assessment and processing one-time payments (which may incur fees) in the event additional charges are applied to their account.
