Balances on Yardi accounts

Good Afternoon Press Owners,

A reminder that YES! (Yardi Energy Services), has changed to 100% electronic billing, so paper bills are no longer being mailed.

In a review of balances, it does seem that there are a number of owners who have missed this last month's billing.

You attention to this matter is very important, as the Association needs to be reimbursed for your water/ sewer usage.

All sub-metering accounts are set-up in owner's names. If you are renting your unit, please be sure to update tenant's information with your account. Association Management does not manage the business of individual units, the updating of this information is the responsibility of owners.

If you need assistance in accessing your account, please contact Management.

At present there are no late fees to accounts, but balances on accounts will be transferred to HOA accounts, which are subject to late fees and collections process.
