Special Assessment Payment

Good Evening Press Owners,
Just a reminder that we are collecting unit's Special Assessment Payment collection. This must be sent in by end-of-business day Friday the 14th.
50 of the 144 units have provided their repayment option. If we have not heard from a unit, the unit will be placed in the 5-month payment system, which does come with an additional fee of $12 per month for account management.

Payment Options/ Information
There have been a number of owners reach out regarding the collection of the Special Assessment through the Auto-pay system. The Auto-pay system has two options for payments, variable and fixed. Those with variable payments will have the balance on account pulled. Those on fixed payments will need to make adjustments to their account or arrange for a separate payment for the Special Assessment.
