Please find below and attached the Agenda for the upcoming Homeowner Town Hall, the purpose of which is to discuss the Exterior Project. This meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm via Zoom.

Meeting Specifics
The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum to ask questions and for the Project Team to answer those questions. Thus, for ease of managing questions, chat has been disabled, and your questions will be addressed via the questions tab. Everyone previously introduced are panelists for this meeting. Panelists can chime in and answer any question you may have.
To kick off the meeting, Judy Nordstrom from Alliance Bank will introduce herself and describe HOA loan services. We ask that you put any funding-related questions you have first, so Judy can answer them. When there are no longer any funding-related questions, Judy will leave the meeting, and we will proceed with Scope of Work Updates, Schedule, and open forum questions.
Please ask questions via the question tab. You will find the tab at the bottom of your screen. Silpa will be managing questions and asking them during the meeting. If a question has already been answered, she will let you know via the question tab. If similar questions are asked, she will combine and summarize questions. Our intent is to answer as many questions as possible. If needed, I will use the April 16th HOA informational presentation information, as well as the distributed Questions & Answers document as reference to answer questions.
We would like to set a time limit for today’s meeting with the goal of completing the meeting no later than 8:30. Another HOA Informational Meeting will be scheduled for August.
