We highly encourage you to complete the form linked below to provide Electronic Consent for all association communications. This saves your community time and money.
If you have already sent the form in or are not interested in providing it, please disregard this message. Only one form is needed per unit.
Electronic Consent Online Form
As part of the Board’s ongoing commitment to running the community efficiently, they’d like to inform you of an option to receive future association notices via email instead of regular USPS mail. This will include things like the Annual Meeting Notice and Budget Ratification Meeting Notice.
Under current statutes, owners may opt-into Electronic Consent, which is a cost effective and quick format for owners to receive information about the business of their association via email rather than mail.
Electronic Consent is completely voluntary, and those who do not opt-in will still receive the materials via mail. The Board kindly encourages you to complete the Electronic Consent Form. The online form is through Foxit E-Sign, it will have a multi-authentication code sent to your email address, this code made go to your spam or junk folder. Following signature, a completed copy will be emailed to you and CWD Group. A fillable form may be found attached at the bottom of this email.
