Good Afternoon Press Residents,
In a recent walk of the building, it has been noted that items such as door mats, shoes and other personalized items have been left outside of unit doors.
Please know that this is not only a violation of Press Condominium's Rules and Regulations, but also against the Seattle Fire Code. Below is a snip from the Press Condominium's Rules and Regulations.
Management is hoping sharing this reminder to residents will help in the removal of items. In the case that this message is ignored this will start a violation process, which can result in fines to your unit starting at $100 per written notice.
Your understanding and compliance of this issue is appreciated.
