Changes to Move Policy

Good Afternoon Press Owners,
This email is notice to an immediate to change to the Move Policy at The Press.
All moves require the use of a Move Coordinator, this person is tasked with ensuring the building is maintained, the elevator is used responsibly, and the common areas are protected and uncluttered.
The Move Coordinator has been available for hire through the Association, the unit owner, or designated representative of the owner.
Moving forward hiring the Association Move Coordinator is required for all moves:
Not completed by 2 PM on Friday
All moves on Saturday
The Association Move Coordinator is an extra cost to the owners. In the past the Board has worked to limit expenses to owners, but the cost to the Association-at-large are noticed. This includes afterhours calls for elevator repair and additional coordination involved to accommodate these moves.
For those moves that have already been scheduled/ requested for move through the end of August, this policy will not change your planning. For all moves yet to be scheduled or moves that are scheduled after August 31st this policy will be applied.
As a reminder the permitted times for moves are Monday through Saturday 10am to 4pm. Moves on Sunday are not permitted.
Failure to report a move or change in occupancy is fineable.
Failure to report change in occupancy is a fine of $1,000. Failure to schedule a move with Management is subject to a $250 fine. These fines are in addition to the current move fees.
