Building Condition Assessment - Schedule

Dear Press Owners & Residents,
Amento Group (AG) is performing a condition assessment to review the exterior of the building. This will require several bosun chair drops on the exterior, no unit access will be required for this inspection unless we have specifically reached out to your unit asking for access. Please take the necessary action to ensure the privacy of your unit while these drops commence.
AG will be onsite to perform this work Wednesday, April 27th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It includes a visual inspection and bosun drops as detailed on the investigation plan which you can find included in the link below.
