Follow-up on Submetering Accounts

Good Evening,

This email is a follow-up to inquiries regarding the YES!/ Yardi Energy Services billing.

All billings are sent to the email addresses they have on file. If there is not an email address on file, you will continue to receive paper bills.

If you need assistance on accessing your account, you can visit:

www.yesenergymgmt.com or call 1-888-990-4421; a sample billing has been produced and can be accessed by the link at the bottom of this message.

All accounts are set-up in owner's names, if you would like to provide access to your account to tenants, you may provide them with the access. The Association works to set these accounts up for units but are not able to assist in the changing and management of tenants on these accounts.

If there are issues with access, please contact Yardi/ YES. If there are further questions you can reach out to Management, but please include your unit number in your reply to assist in the matter.
