Press 2021-22 Insurance Renewal

Dear Press Owners:
The annual insurance renewal has recently taken place and with it comes an updated insurance certificate and annual review of unit insurance policies.
Insurance Certificate:
For those that require it for their lender, please find attached the updated insurance certificate for your records and use. If your lender requires specific information on the certificate, please utilize the Insurance Certificate Ordering Instructions that are also attached.
Review of Personal Unit Policies:
Each unit is responsible to ensure that adequate coverage is obtained to cover items that are not covered by the Master insurance policy or for items that may become the individual unit owners responsibility. To assist, your insurance broker has provided a helpful summary sheet that, when combined with the insurance certificate, can be provided to your insurance carrier or broker to ensure they provide you with the correct levels of coverage for your unit.
Each unit owner is encouraged to review this information and discuss it with their personal insurance carrier to ensure proper coverages are purchased for your individual unit. Please note that the Press Board, management and staff are unable to provide advice or guidance on insurance coverages for individual units. If you have questions about specific coverages, the contact information for the insurance broker is included on the Summary sheet and they welcome any questions from Press owners regarding these policies.
