Spring Cleaning Schedule

Dear Press Residents,

Please see the events below for upcoming Spring cleaning items at Press.

BBQ Grill Cleaning – Wednesday, April 8th from 9:30am-4:00pm. Both grills on the rooftop will be deep cleaned, and BBQ tools will be refreshed with new. BBQ’s will be out of service during the project work hours.

Dryer Vent Cleaning – Wednesday and Thursday, April 8th and 9th from 8:00am-5:00pm each day. Dryer vents will be cleaned from the exterior of the building, no unit entry needed. While your unit is being cleaned, you may hear a momentary moderate amount of noise. A reminder to keep your window coverings closed if privacy is preferred.

Exterior Pressure Washing – Friday April 10th and Monday April 13th, 8:00am-5:00pm both days. Concrete locations around the entire building will be cleaned with several pressure washers in use. Please plan to use alternative access points to avoid spray when work is being performed at specific locations.

Exterior Window Cleaning – Friday April 17th from 8:00am-5:00pm. All exterior windows and awnings will be cleaned, no unit access needed. Please keep your windows closed this day so that they can be cleaned and also to close your window coverings if privacy is preferred.
