Reminders!!! Entry Door Security, etc!!!!

Good afternoon,



Just wanted to provide a few reminders for the community:


Please take the time to stop and watch all entry doors (including garage door) when entering and exiting building. Mohammed and I have recently spotted (and chased away) a few masked individuals as of late around the building during the day who are surveying and testing doors for entry frequently. To add to this, when using Butterfly app to swipe in for entry, make sure door is visible and in-sight before opening.
Make sure you are only placing the smallest of food particles and not disposing of grease, hair down sink drains. This will help protect pipes as well as prevent clogs as well.
Make sure you are discarding of garbage, recycle, compost and larger items properly. If it's a larger item your leaving out for arranged pick-up or need to arrange for something to be picked up, please reach out via email and let me know when you plan to schedule service. Also, I've attached a PDF for better more detailed instructions from Seattle Public Utilities that will help refresh or educate on to what goes where.
