Press 1 Exit to Fogon Hallway Closure

Greetings Press Owners and Residents,
This email is to let you know that RW Anderson will be grinding the concrete flooring on the 1st floor hallway on the exit to Fogon in Press 1. After the grinding is complete, the contractor will apply a new sealant coat which should take about a day to cure. To complete this work, this exit hallway will need to be closed for foot traffic (except for emergencies). The work will start on Monday, 1/9, and is expected to be completed on Wednesday, 1/11. The work will be performed between 8AM and 5PM. Please expect a loud noise during the grinding phase of this work (likely only on Monday but may be on Tuesday as well if the contractor needs to do some corrections).
