Enclosed please find your 2026 Annual Meeting packet. This year’s Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 25, at 6:30 pm in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams; registration will be
available beginning at 6:00 pm, and attendees are encouraged to join during this period to ensure the meeting begins on time. Please be sure to include your unit number in your Teams name. An Exterior Project Owner Townhall will follow directly.
A notice will be arriving soon via USPS for those who have not opted into Electronic Consent.
Homeowners are encouraged to do so in order to reduce mailing expenses for the Association. A fillable consent form is attached at the bottom of this email.

Your attendance at this meeting is very important to the Association. If for any reason you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete and return the enclosed Directed Proxy to help establish
quorum and to ensure your vote is counted. If you are unsure if you will be able to attend, please submit a Proxy in advance of the meeting. Your attendance at the meeting will supersede your Proxy. The proxy may be returned to press@cwdgroup.com or by mail to CWD Group at 2800 Thorndyke Avenue W, Seattle, WA, 98199. The deadline for Proxy submission is March 25 at 1:00 pm.

We want to encourage engagement and open communication at the Exterior Project Town Hall on March 25th. In order to make the meeting efficient and to give all owners an opportunity to participate, we request that you reply to CWD at this email address to with the below.
• Request to speak at the meeting
o All owners will have the opportunity to speak for 2 mins during the meeting. We will lead with speakers who sign up in advance via reply to this email and then open for any additional homeowners that wish to speak.
• Questions regarding the exterior project
o Please submit all questions that you would like answered by replying to this email. We will cover pre-submitted questions first and then open up to additional questions in the meeting.
