Below is a summary of factual data. Please continue to submit questions or reach out via CWD as we want to address all homeowner needs. The board will continue to respond to all questions as they are submitted. Individual emails from homeowners should be treated as opinion.

We highly encourage you to seek advice/guidance from financial, real estate, and construction professionals if you have questions above what has been provided.

Vote Schedule:

April 22nd will be the date for the updated vote on this project

Reasoning for the Second Vote:

Goal is to keep costs as low as possible for all homeowners, which the board believes is best accomplished by this completing this project now.
In 1:1 meetings with homeowners, it was expressed to us that some felt they need additional time to understand the data, full scope, and need of this project



Final Summary:

We understand the cost of this project is difficult for any of us to absorb, but it is needed and has been proved by multiple experts.
The existence of the reports, damage, and failure to repair is making it difficult to sell or finance units. The values are depressed more than the amount of the proposed assessment.
Waiting will only cost us more in the future.
