Water Shut Off Press 1 - August 12th

Dear Press Residents,



Water service to Press 1 will be shut off Monday, August 12th between the hours of 9am-5pm. Service is being shut off so that Fischer Plumbing can replace a section of the drain line in the lower garage level. One point of emphasis the Fischer project manager wants to share is please do not flush your toilets between the 9am-5pm work hours. Doing so will cause drain back-ups and difficult working conditions. If the project does finish before 5pm we will restore water service and notify the community.



One last item to help support the project. If you park in spaces 1 through 14 please consider these two options. If you are able to have your vehicle out of the garage during the 9am-5pm work hours it would be greatly appreciated by the techs. performing the replacement. If you are unable to have your vehicle offsite, could you please pull your vehicle forward away from the wall by about five feet to help accommodate. This would need to be done by 9am on August 12th. Please be sure to leave enough space in the drive so that we can still have enough one way space for incoming and exiting vehicles. I will set cones around this parking area and the ramp so that vehicles can safely navigate around this area.
