Reminder to Budget Ratification Meeting Tonight at 6:30

Good Afternoon Press Residents,
This email is being sent as reminder to the 2024 Budget Ratification Meeting this evening.
The meeting will be held over Teams and a link is provided below.

The meeting will open with an introduction to the 2024 budget, to then open the floor for questions related to the budget. Once the budget is ratified, the Board will continue with a Board Meeting, which will open with a Homeowner's Forum to bring additional (non-Budget related topics) to the Board's attention.
This meeting is expected to be long, and while the hope is to address all items, we will be looking to limit the homeowner's forum to 3 minutes per homeowner. If you care to address more, please submit to Management for consideration to the January Board Meeting Agenda.
