Continued Gate Issues at Building - Working on Resolution

Dear Press Owners & Residents,

The Press Board and management team are aware of the continued gate issues that are causing access issues for the building and we certainly understand the inconvenience that this is causing to residents. Alex, the onsite Facility Manger, and the on call management team have been working around the clock trying to get these gate issues resolved with the gate company. We are pressuring the gate company to give us specific resolutions that they are taking to address these issues so that they do not continue to occur. This is a top priority for the Board and management team and we will continue to pursue this item until it is resolved.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through this issue with the gate company and push toward a more permanent resolution.
