FINAL Reminder to 2024 Assessment Reminder

This email is being sent to all owners as a reminder to the 2024 Ratified Budget. The 2024 Budget does take affect January 1, 2024, and there is a change to your monthly assessments (dues). If youo have already taken the time to review the change to your assessments and the steps to adjust your payment, thank you and you can disregard this message.



Please take a moment to review your unit's 2024 monthly assessment and take any needed steps to ensure the payment is processed properly in the new year.
