Reminder Amento & Homeowner Meeting TONIGHT 5:30 PM

Good Evening Press Owners,



Reminder to the Homeowner's Informational Meeting this evening. The meeting is scheduled to start at 5:30 and will be hosted via Zoom.



Amento, Architecture firm hired by Press, will be presenting the findings of the Envelop Study to The Press with the current status in understanding the work to be done and next steps.



Please know that the cost and timeline on this work is still unknown, but as the Association will be undertaking a large project in the coming years and felt presenting this information was important.



The meeting will be hosted in a Webinar format. This format is meant to allow Amento present all information and the chat function will be used for all commentary and questions.

All owners are invited to attend both evenings, but due to the amount of information felt separating the buildings into 2 meetings would be easier.



The purpose of this meeting to provide information related to the building, and report on the current status. Please know this is meant to be informational and as a check-in with owners on this work. The cost of the work and the dates for the work are still unknown and will likely still be a few months until this information is known. The goal is to start addressing questions on the issue and provide context to the process The Press has been working through.
