Please be advised that a Homeowner Town Hall has been scheduled to discuss the exterior project. Present at this meeting will be Board of Directors representatives, along with Lisa Moe with Amento Group, Ken Harer with Condo Law, and Lauren Shelton with CWD Group. Please note the formal notice should be arriving soon via USPS.
Please be aware the purpose of this Town Hall is to provide a project update and an opportunity for homeowners to participate in the question-and-answer portion of the meeting. No decisions will be made, nor will a vote be held, during this meeting.
The Town Hall will take place on Wednesday, October 22, beginning at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in-person in the Lobby. There is a virtual option to observe the meeting and the link for the Zoom Meeting is below.
