Facility Manager Update

Dear Press Owners and Residents,
As was noted last week, Alex Silvers last day with Press was yesterday (3/22). While a replacement FM has not been determined, we have Mo who is continuing with his duties onsite, as well as assistance from CWD Maintenance. You will see Rainy onsite for a few hours each day in the coming weeks addressing concerns as they come up and ensuring that the building continues to run. Feel free to say hi if you see Rainy around.
During this interim period, please send any requests/concerns to press@cwdgroup.com. If there is anything you are waiting on a response that was sent prior to today, please forward to press@cwdgroup.com and we will work to ensure that the request/concern is responded to accordingly.
For any emergent items during business hours M-F 9am-5pm, please call the CWD main line at 206-706-8000. For any afterhours or weekend emergencies (i.e. leaks, security issues, elevator outage, garage gate down, etc...) please reach out to our after hours on call management team at 206-706-8000 and then following the prompts to be routed to the on call service.
We appreciate all residents understanding and patience as we work to fill in on the duties left behind, and continue the search for a quality Facility Manager for your community.
