Please be advised that a virtual Homeowner Town Hall has been scheduled for the purpose of presenting the Special Assessment Budget for the upcoming exterior project. No decisions will be made, nor will a vote be held, during this meeting.
The Town Hall will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, beginning at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be open at 5:45 for those wishing to join prior to the start. The official notice should be arriving soon via USPS.
