Town Hall Follow-Up: Loan Term Sheet

Hi Press Owners,

Thank you for participating and openly sharing your views during last Wednesday’s Townhall. There was a lot of great discussion. As requested, attached is the Loan Term sheet. Note, these terms could change depending on when we move forward and lock in. Structure of the loan should remain the same.

Please plan to drop by the Open Office on April 4th, 1:00 - 4:00 with additional questions or if you would just like to discuss the project in more detail. If you are remote we are happy to set up 1:1 time.
