(!!!!!!NEED RESPONSE!!!!!!!!)11/16 Annual Fire Testing

Good Morning,

ProComm has been scheduled Thursday November 16th at 9am to perform the 2023 Annual Fire Test.

Here is what to expect:

Intermittent sounding of the audible alarms. Note that children and pets can be disturbed by the noise.
Strobing lights as the visual alarms are activated.
The elevators will be recalled to the lobby from time to time.
Short term Water Shutoff.

Access will be needed to all units to check the sprinkler heads as well as the audible and visual alarms within the units. The visit will be a quick check-in to listen and see if the alarms are sounding appropriately.

Note: ProComm may need to access your unit completely.

If you can make your unit available, PLEASE do so. If we do not get access to the units then the testing may need to be re-done, which will be billed back to those units who do not allow access during the initial testing. Please Respond ASAP with Unit Number and one of the following options:

Will be in unit during testing.
Give Key to Neighbor
If key is on file with us from previous use, just respond back to this email with granting permission to enter unit.
Leave a Key in Press 1 Lobby Dropbox and I can use key to access unit with inspectors. Be sure to note what unit it is for by writing on the key with a piece of tape and key outside key envelope and only leave key itself (no keychains/rings, etc.).

*Tape, pen and envelopes will be left on Press 1 Library on cabinet below television
