Press 1 Lobby Door - Service Restored

Dear Press Residents,
Service to the Press 1 lobby door has been restored. There was a mechanism in the push bar that had failed that was the cause of the door failing to unlatch. That part has been replaced by Davis Door, the door was put through 15 minutes of testing, and after a few final touches it is performing well.
However please contact me this weekend if there is an ongoing issue as door repairs involving electronic hardware can require a second visit. I spoke with our tech and he is the on-call all weekend so he will be familiar with the issue and any visits this weekend will be considered call backs meaning there is no cost for the additional visits.
