Press 1: HVAC Grates and Exit to Fogon Hallway Closure 23-0207

Hi Press Unit Owners and Residents,

RW Anderson will continue work on the concrete flooring on the 1st floor hallway on the exit to Fogon in Press 1 on Thursday and Friday of this week.

Please expect this exit hallway to be closed from Thursday 8AM to Friday at 5PM. There may be loud noise during working hours.

Separately, several HVAC grates in the common areas will be removed for painting. They will be reinstalled on Friday.

I will update you if there are any changes.
