2026 Budget Ratified: Assessment Schedule and Payment Options

Thank you to those who attended the Budget Ratification Meeting! The 2026 Budget has been ratified.



Please find attached below the Assessment Schedule and Payment Options. If you utilize Auto-Pay please be sure to update the amount of your monthly payment in the portal.



Please note that, due to the date of the ratification, this is considered a 10 month budget. You need not adjust the assessment payments that have already been made in January and February; the 2026 annual increase has been spread out over 10 months, March to December. Please be sure to update your March-December assessment amount using the data in the yellow column on the Assessment Schedule.
