Last week a packet was mailed to all owners at Press in regard to the Annual Homeowner's Meeting on February 21st at 6:30 PM. A link to the meeting is at the bottom of this message.

A quorum of homeowners is required for the Annual Meeting, if you know will not be able to attend this meeting, please take the time to complete a proxy and return it to management.
A proxy was included in your mailer, Justin will have proxies available in the lobby of Press 1, and a link to a blank proxy can be found here, PR- Proxy.pdf
Once completed you can return by taking a photo and emailing this to Press@cwdgroup.com, placing in the Press 1 Drop box, or mail it to CWD Offices (2800 Thorndyke Ave West, Seattle, WA 98199).
