Master Insurance Reminder

Good afternoon, Press Owners,
This email is being sent as a reminder to all owners regarding the Master Policy Insurance Deductible.
Per Press Declaration, all owner's are responsible for individual insurance policies. This needs to be a HO6 policy covering the deductible, which is $50,000 at minimum.
If your unit is the source of a water loss, any amounts up to $50,000 will be billed to your unit. If you are not covered properly, you will be personally responsible for up to $50,000.
It is very important that you take this information to your Insurance Broker to ensure you are properly covered.
