Please be aware a Homeowner Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, beginning at 6:00 pm; the official notice should be arriving soon via USPS. This meeting will be held both in person in the the lobby and via Zoom. The Zoom link may be found below. The mailer is attached at the bottom of this email.
At this meeting, Amento Group will discuss the upcoming exterior project, including the scope of work, preliminary schedule, and the rough order of magnitude pricing.
Please note the mailer includes an estimated Special Assessment Schedule based on preliminary numbers. It is important to note this amount is an estimate only and is subject to change as the project scope is finalized.
