2025 Special Assessment Budget Ratification Meeting: Agenda and Guidelines

Hi Press Owners,

In advance of this evening’s 2025 Special Assessment Budget Ratification Meeting, please review the below meeting guidelines. Attached at the bottom of this email please find the agenda:

• Upon arrival, Members will be asked to sign in.

• Each Unit will receive one ballot upon signing in.

• The Board will appoint two Election Inspectors from the membership. Volunteers must commit to completing their review before EOB Thursday.

• Owners will be asked to complete and provide their ballot to a CWD representative for tabulation.

• A representative with Condo Law will be in attendance as an impartial observer.

• Provided there are no objections to the tabulation by the Election Inspectors, the members will be informed of the election results via email on Friday, 12/19.



Everyone is encouraged to attend tonight's meeting even if a proxy has already been submitted. Owners will be provided with a Question and Answer period, along with a ballot that may be used to update your vote should you wish to do so.
